Why the price doesn't move.

Most boiler quotes start with "from" and grow once someone's been round. Ours is worked out from the same price list Tom quotes from, line by line, with VAT included. You see it online before you give us your number.

Then Tom checks your photos, usually the same day. If your job needs something extra, like a system boiler coming out or the boiler moving to a new spot, it's on your quote before you say yes. Once he's confirmed it, that's the price. It's held for 10 days, and nothing gets added on the day.
