How a repair works.

Ring us and tell us what's happening. We'll book a Gas Safe engineer in as soon as we can. We won't promise a time we can't keep.

You pay £174 an hour, inc VAT, plus any parts. We supply the parts and tell you what they cost before we fit them, so you can decide. Evenings and weekends are at an extra cost: ask when you call.

Before you call.

A few things worth checking. They might save you a call-out, and they help us if not:

• Is the pressure gauge on the boiler below 1? Low pressure stops a lot of boilers working.
• Is there a fault code or flashing light on the display? Note it down.
• Is the gas on? Check the meter and that other gas appliances work.
• Is the thermostat calling for heat, and are the times set right?

If you smell gas, don't try anything. Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Repair or replace?

If the fix is small, repair it. If it's a big part on an old boiler, a new one can make more sense, and we'll tell you straight. A new combi is from £2,400 fitted. See every price or price a new boiler.
