Who we are.
TPS Boilers is a trading name of TPS ECO Ltd. TPS ECO Ltd is the data controller for the details you give us on this website. Company number 14478643. ICO registration number ZB774603. Questions about your data: email hello@tpsboilers.co.uk.
What we collect.
- Your quote answers: your current boiler, where it is, the size of your home, the boiler and extras you choose, and your postcode.
- Your contact details: name, mobile and email, when you send us a quote, a photo, or a booking or callback request.
- Photos you send us of your boiler and pipes. We remove location and camera data from them before they're stored.
- How you use the website: only if you accept analytics cookies. See the cookie policy.
- Which ad brought you here: if you arrive from an ad, the ad's tracking code goes with your quote, so we know which ads work.
What we use it for, and why we're allowed to.

Who we share it with.
Only the companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- ServiceM8: our job management system, where your quote and job are kept.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Netlify: hosts this website and stores quotes and photos sent through it.
- LocalEmpire: our website and marketing agency. They run this website and our advertising, and receive a copy of the emails the website sends, including your quote and enquiry details.
- Google: analytics and ads, only if you accept those cookies.
- Ideal4Finance, only if you apply for finance. They handle your application under their own privacy policy.
- Trustpilot: we invite every customer to leave a review.
- Gas Safe Register and the boiler manufacturer, to notify the installation and register your warranty.
Some of these companies store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it.
- If you get a quote but don't go ahead: 12 months, then we delete it.
- If we do work for you: for as long as we need it for your warranty, gas safety records and service reminders, and at least 6 years for tax.
- Photos are kept with your quote or job, for the same time.
Your rights.
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete them, to restrict or object to how we use them, or to have them in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@tpsboilers.co.uk and we'll reply within a month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
Changes.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
