About the price.

Is the price on screen the real price?

Yes. It's worked out from the same price list Tom quotes from, with VAT included. Tom confirms it from your photos before any work starts. If your job needs something extra, like moving the boiler, it's on your quote before you say yes.

Do I need to give my details to see the price?

No. You see the full itemised price first. Your name, mobile and email are only needed if you want the quote sent to you.

How long is the price held?

10 days from when we send it. It's fixed once Tom has checked your photos.

What happens after I send it?

Your quote arrives by email. Send Tom three photos (the boiler front on, the flue outside and the pipes underneath) and he'll check them the same day. A video call or a visit if you'd rather.

Which boilers do you fit?

Glow-worm Compact 24kW, Vaillant ecoFIT pure 825 and Vaillant ecoTEC plus 26kW. Natural gas only, so no LPG or oil.

Do you cover my area?

All of Kent, from Dartford to Dover. The postcode question checks it for you.
